Virtus Global Dividend & Income Fund Inc. is a closed-ended mutual fund that mainly invests in reasonably priced stocks and investment grade bonds issued by companies and governments in the United States. The fund is actively managed and co-managed by three companies: Virtus Investment Advisers, Inc., Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management LLC, and Newfleet Asset Management, LLC. Its portfolio's performance is compared to a composite index made up of 60% Russell Developed Large Cap Index and 40% Bloomberg Barclays U.S. Aggregate Bond Index.
