These properties consist of skilled nursing/transitional care facilities, senior housing communities (leased and managed), behavioral health facilities, specialty hospitals, and other facilities totaling 41,445 beds/units. Additionally, Sabra has investments in a sales-type lease, loans receivable, preferred equity, and an unconsolidated joint venture.
