Pioneer Natural Resources is an American oil and gas exploration and production company operating independently. It drills and produces oil and natural gas in West Texas's Midland Basin. The company has about 130 million barrels of oil, 92 million barrels of natural gas liquids, and 462 billion cubic feet of gas.
