Phillips 66 is an energy manufacturing and logistics company that has four main segments, which includes Midstream, Chemicals, Refining and Marketing and Specialties (M&S). Its Midstream segment transports crude oil, natural gas and other related products, whereas the Chemicals segment produces and markets ethylene and other olefin products. The Refining segment refines crude oil into various petroleum products, while the M&S segment purchases for resale and markets refined petroleum products.
