It co-managed by Nuveen Fund Advisors LLC and Nuveen Asset Management, LLC and invests in municipal bonds with a minimum rating of Baa. The fund employs fundamental analysis to create its portfolio and benchmarks its performance against the Standard & Poor's New York Municipal Bond Index and Standard & Poor's National Municipal Bond Index.
