BlackRock MuniHoldings Quality Fund II is a fixed income mutual fund managed by BlackRock Advisors. It invests in long-term municipal obligations exempt from federal income taxes in the US. The fund was previously known as BlackRock MuniHoldings Insured Fund II and was formed in 1999 in the US.
