Invesco Value Municipal Income Trust is a fixed income mutual fund managed by Invesco Ltd. and co-managed by several other companies. The fund primarily invests in investment-grade municipal securities in the United States using a fundamental analysis approach. It was formerly known as Invesco Insured Municipal Income Trust and was established in 1993.
