New Concept Energy, Inc. is a Dallas-based company that operates in real estate and energy sectors. It owns around 190 acres of land in Parkersburg, West Virginia and provides advisory and management services for an independent oil and gas firm. The company was established in 1978 and was earlier known as CabelTel International Corporation before changing its name to New Concept Energy, Inc. in May 2008.
