The fund is co-managed by Guggenheim Funds Investment Advisors, LLC and Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, LLC and primarily focuses on investing in diversified portfolios of taxable municipal securities. The fund formerly used to be called Guggenheim Taxable Municipal Managed Duration Trust.
